why has my transit lost power?

my 'n' reg transit is blowing white smoke and has lost power - 5-10 mph uphill, 20 on the flat, I've bled the fuel system but it hasn't worked

I had this same problem on a 2.5 turbo .

I just changed the turbo unit and is ok again.

Run it out of fuel lately? Replace the fuel filter!
