sparkplugs get wet with petrol?

i have cleand my spark plugs and they are dry but when i put them back in start up wont start and take plugs back out and they are wet agian can you help please

yes there is a spark but still get petrol on plugs

is there power at the plugs you need to take them out one by one & have someone to help you so as they turn the engine over you can see if they are sparking if they are, check cam is rotating
