automatic transit?

when i put van into drive it revs up doest move the other gears 1 2 and 3 work tho its gone iffy since i used the kick down to get up a hill fluid level is ok

Hi the one way clutch or sprag has gone.
Very common problem.
The transmission may need a complete rebuild though depending on how much damage has been done by the sprag going.
