Since my car got caught in a flood a month ago there has been a problem whereby intermittently (1 in 10 automatic gear changes) the gears don't seem to engage so the revs just accelerate. Is this just coincidence, is it just a sensor or is the auto gearbox faulty?? If you think it is just the sensor - any advice how to change it wil be greatly appreciated
I've got same problem in my 307CC from 2003. On my display I've got "Serious gear box fault". They couldn't find any trace in computer readings of this fault during shop repair, so the problem is still unsolved.. JS Sweden
