how can i fix my creda simplicity 1000 W100FW?

Think creda and hotpoint owned by the same company just a different badge on the outside, on hotpoint filter is hidden in the sump hose, BIG BLACK ONE that leaves the bottom of the outer drum, so try looking in the end after removing the big clip using pipe grip pliers to hold the wire tails together i get to ours by removing the lower rear panel where the drain hose pipe comes out clean out every 3/ 6 months depending what you find in there
