Removing cover from Electrolux EWF1087 washing machine?

I'm experiencing error E90 and have found all the suggestions to remove the wires and clean the contacts but.... I don't know how to get to the wires. Are they under the top lid? The front cover with the buttons? Somewhere in the back? If it is under or behind a cover, how do I remove that cover? I've looked in the user's guide and this info isn't available.

Thanks, top is off but wires are down inside a smaller compartment - how do you reach them?

remove the top lid.undo the 2 8mm screw in the back holding the top on and then push the top backwards hard to release it.blue wiring loom goes from the main pcb on the right side panel in to the front control panel pcb.it is usually the control panel pcb that needs edge connection cleaning and the blue loom connection pins tweaking carefully to make a good contact
