please can you advise me where abouts at the back of the machine the filter is as when I turn the machine on the water cascades down the front of the machine which indicates to me the filter needs to be looked at
My washer won't spin on the hand wash cycle. It goes through the wash cycle but leaves the clothes in a very wet state. The normal cotton/synthetic wash cycle is ok - it spins then.

The control knob just spins without clicking through the programs. How can I fix it please?

filter housing is in the bottom front right pop of the platic panel with a screw driver and twist the pump cover counter clock wise but be warned if it is full have a lot towels ready
