How do I fix error 0xc0000005?

when I try launching msn messenger (any version) error msg saying Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). I'm Using Windows XP Service Pack 2 with Dell Inspiron 6400. Already tried several options such as: remove/reinstall; registry cleaner; spyware and anti virus scan;checked firewall settings for full access and others....This problem suddenly started about 3 months ago. Prior to this MSN messenger (8.0 ) was working fine. No changes were made to my pc prior to this problem.

Doesn't work Blender keeps F'ing up with the 0xc00000005 error so RegCure is pointless as it was already.
