Mend Vokera Compact 24 Mtn Water

vokera compact 24 poor hot water flow?

I have a vokera compact 24 mtn about 4 years old the hot water flow has been getting progressively less and less but the water is still warm enough.Local heating guy reckons its the diaphram but looking at the exploded parts list i noticed a flow govenor could this be the problem.

Try removing the 'o-ring' between the cold inlet pipe and the heat exchanger, you'll find it on the restrictor unless it's already been removed!
