how to fix zanussi jetsystem 1200 fjs 1225w?

the machine will go through the complete cycle but wont take the fabric conditioner? i have stripped the tray out and checked hose to drum but there are no blockages? please help!

are the holes above the condition draw compartment blocked up (where water comes into draw).
