Mend Hoover Vacuum Cleaner Bagless Upright

how to unclog Hoover upright bagless?

I took my Hoover for free estimate, they told me is clogged from underneath, (some area between the brush and the hose) not the hoses or the filter. It costs too much to fix. How can I unclog it? It;s a foding handle bagless model.
