Mend Hoover 73282 Vacuum Cleaner Bagless Repair

How can i fix my hoover?

I have a Bagless 1600w Upright Vacuum Cleaner model number 73282 for roughly nine weeks, it has been working fine but all of a sudden it wont pick up anything when im using it, its as it is coming out of the back. i have cleaned and emptied it, any ideas??
