Mend Panasonic TC-P65ST60 Tv Cable Picture

the cable connection snaped off can it be glued?

I have a panasonic TV 1 year old and in my recent move the cable connection twisted off. If I touch it to the box the cable connector is hooked to I get the picture so the box must be good. Can I glue this piece back on?
