Mend Duraband CG5660-M Set Box Works

why can't i watch uktv gold on my CG5660-M?

I have a Duraband CG5660-M set top box and it works great, with the exception of UKTV Gold. When I change the channel it shows the usual information bar but with a small key showing next to the TV symbol. Is this Normal, Can I fix it? Please help.

Yes it is normal. UKTV Gold is an encrypted channel. To watch it you need a set top box with a decoder (yours doesn't have one) and a subscription to Top Up TV.
