Mend Sky Sky+ Box Work Reset

tried all the re-sets and my controller still wont work?

my new controller wont work with my sky+ box the 60 second re-set wont work and all the other re-sets dont work . this is a new controller my old one still works i just wanted a new one but no matter what i try it wont work . help please
