Accenta G3 Sensors No Longer Working?

Hi,

I have recently had to re-route a group of three alarms wires for my Accenta G3 system and the only way to do this was to cut each one and rejoin them using small junction boxes. Since doing that I am unable to set the alarm and the PIR detector no longer work. Also, the bell box no longer works. Any suggestions on how to get the system working again?
