Mend Sportcraft TX400 Month Lights Help

How can fix my sportcraft TX400?

I havent used my sportcraft TX400 in month, but i have been trying to fix it since i recived the chip yesterday the screen is blank and no lights or results show what so ever may you please help me fix this??
