Mend Mira Advance Reset Supply Lights

shower reset and water supply lights on?

My 6 month old mira advance shower pulses the water initially and then both red lights come on with a beeping noise. If I turn it off and turn it on on the coldest setting sometimes I can gradually turn it up to warmer and it continues until I turn it off and try to restart it - help!!!!
