Accenta 6?

The keypad unresponsive, tamper light on but not flashing, day and power light on. Can you help?

Keypad is unresponsive because of the tamper. If pressing reset key doesn’t clear it then a tamper on the system is still present. You need to work out why the tamper light is on, ie loose cover on sensor, broken wire, loose cover on control panel or on keypad etc. What caused the tamper light to come on?
