Mend Seat Alhambra Fan Not Stop Running

seat alhambra cooling fan does not stop running?

when the engine is running on my daughters Seat alhambra, then so is the cooling fan. i suspect a sensor or a relay but don't know how to find it. a wiring diagram would be good, but dont ask for money. you have my grtatitude in bucketloads.
