Bosch oven - air is blowing out but fan isn't running?

Thanks for your quick response. Oven sorted, it was the thermo switch as you thought.

You didn't bother to tell us the oven model, so we are only guessing and that's all we can do until you give us the full story.

On the basis of the limited info you have decided to give us, I believe the fan you can hedar and feel running is a cooling fan for the oven controls. This is possibly switched by a thermo switch. It may be that switch has failed. It may be that the fan is switched by other parts of the oven controls.

Find the manual (Google is your friend) and read it.

Check spares sites like espares or Ransomes and see if therer are any relevant parts listed for your model of oven. Talk to them and see what advice they can provide.

Shouldn't take more than 30 inutes.
