How do i fix the heater on my rover 45?

My Rover 45 has air con .I cannot stop warm air coming through the normal vents even when set to cold

only cold air coming out of vents in mondeo zetec 2004?

The air con works as the cold works fine but no hot air - any clues on what could cause this
