Nissan Micra 04 plate heating and air con not working?

The heating and air con are not working the lights are coming on but nothing blows even the de mister doesn't work

check that there's nothing jammed in the fan impellor and has led to the fuse blowing.shud be a pic inside fuse box lid to tell which fuse it is.
