Mend Worcester 24i junior Drain System

do i have to drain the system ? worcester 24i junior?

I have a towel rail fitted in bathroom which is not connected to
system. Can i connect without draining ? if i use push fit connecters.

If you want to get wet then yes.

You would make less mess by dropping the pressure out of the system 1st.
