Worcester Bosch Boiler?

We had to drain the system to install two new radiators. Since putting the system back on the system seemed to work fine for 24 hours - now it hasnt come back on. The low pressure light is on. I have tried filling the system with water but this makes no difference.

Help - I am cold and have young cold babies.
