Well Kristina it helps to list a model number, set your controls to midrange and observe what's operating.. Is the fan blowing inside the freezer? and keep in mind some units temporarily stop the fan when the door is open... Is the fan by the compressor blowing? clean the condenser coil if dirty... Next look for a frost buildup on the rear inside wall of the freezer.. Removing this cover will expose the evaporator coil and if it's iced up then you're having defrost issues.. Use a hair dryer to melt this ice and that will get you back in operation for a few days until you determine what's causing the system not defrosting... Post back here if you need more help.. good luck, kooler
