blocked pump sounds like. drop down the flap on the front righ hand side at the bottom and you'll see the screw in filter . if the machines still full of water it'll pour out of here when you remove it so have a bucket handy ! remove the filter and clean then look down the hole where the filter goes and you'll see a kinda cross this is the pump impeller with a screwdriver try to turn by hand if it wont turn somethings jamming it in which case you'll need to tip the machine up and get under, remove the three pump motor retaining screws and lift the motor clear. remove the obstruction and refit, fit the filter and that should be you.
