Your flue venturi probably needs cleaning. Google 'Vokera flue venturi'. Your boiler needs servicing by a Vokera approved bod, or someone very familiar with the make and model. A corgi generalist may take time, money and replace lots of parts needlessly trying to fix the fault, a false economy.
