how to get hot water presurer up?

i would say not, check that the pipework is sized right for your house and no pipes have been crushed.

also in most homes, when the bath is running you dont really get anything but a trickle comeing out of the basin sink.

you could also try turning down the temp on the boiler for the hot water so it will run faster but not get as hot.
