I have the same Dryer and have replaced the Thermal Fuse once before. That is most likely the problem but it could be the Heater Elemant also the only way to tell for sure is take it apart and test it with a meter. You may be able to get a user manual but I don't think it will be much help. Just start taking it apart and with the parts diagram you should be able to locate both the heater element and the fuse. You can test the fuse with an ohm meter and see if it is an open circuit accross the fuse or not. if it is open then it is no good.
