how can i fix my kenmore dryer model # 86573120?

the heat stopped working on my electric dryer. i pulled the heating element out but its not broken. what could it be?

I replaced the heater element in my Kenmore (86573120). It "went cold" only a few months later. No heavy usage. Is there a reset button somewhere or did I spend $60 on a bad element?

Hello,

How do you know the element is not broken? Did use test it with a meter? Check to make sure you have 220 volts at the element. If you do your element is no good. If you don't, your going to have check the thermostats and what ever else you have on line with the heating circuit.
