how can i fix my hotoint washer/dryer wd72?

hotpoint washer/dryer wd72 will not allow water into the drum on cycle c and displays chech outlet pipes on the bubble pipes have been checked and there is not any blockage

check the pressure switch bottle is not cloged with gunge and the pipe between the pressure switch and the bottle is not blocked if these are ok check the inlet valves with a multiemeter to see if they are ok
