how can i insert ink cartridges?

hi - you say you're pressing the button on the printer but are you going through your PC's printer maintenance options, there should be an ink cartridge replacement function (go through start menu, settings: printers & faxes, then select printing preferences, & go to maintenance, & select the replacement cartridge option) that will take you through it in stages. That's how it works with my PC & epson C44plus anyway, apologies if that's what you're already trying, though...!
