Mend Kenmore 90 Series

i have a 5 yr. old kenmore washer 90 series?

when the spin cycle is finished the machine shakes violently and i hear a thumping sound until agitator stops spinning completely. what might the problem be?

Hello,

On this model there is 4 springs underneath the tub inside the cabinet. It's possible that one of them broke off.
