There should be two tabs on either side of the faceplace. Slide them outward, remove the plate. Once removed, BE SURE TO REMOVE the two tiny rubber nubs. Now lift the bulb and set it aside, then remove the plastic protective cover and brush (note: use the two tabs to remove cover). Now you should be able to freely access and replace the belt. Once done, put everything back in reverse order.
