My Matage Neptune washer doesn't spin out?

My Maytag washer will not pump out water after the wash or rinse cycle.

BE SURE MACHINE IS UNPLUGGED B4 DOING ANYTHING!!!

Check the balance sensor.This is in front of the washer and requires removing the door and two screws on opposite side of door.The front will now come off.Look for two large blue wires going to sensor and make sure these are clipped on tight.While you are at it reset sensor by pressing button on bottom of sensor.Sensor is very obvious as it is bright white against black framing of machine.To test:plug machine in,press door lock sensor in & turn control dial to spin.Press on/off button.
If you're lucky it will just be a loose wire or reset.
In the future don't overload machine.
