My compaq presario 700 won't start?

it was rebooting when it stopped in the red compaq letters, then i turned off and on, one more time and pressed f10 and this was what it showed me:

And then it turns off after 5 minutes.

Please tell me what to do, I think is the BIOS but i don't know how to fix it
