Mend Hitachi Tv Colour Noise

hitachi w/s tv, the screens just a murky green colour when on, any ideas?

I have a w/s hitachi at first it made a clicking noise when switched on. But after a few tries it used to come on. Now the screen it just a murky green colour, no picture or sound. Any kwon whats up with it.
