my beko eco case 1412s washing machine will not empty or spin please help?

the washing machine will wash but not spin or empty water

Have you tried emptying the filter. This is at the bottom of the machine at the front. Just undo the cap and this may solve the problem for you. My filter became blocked and my machine could not empty. Give it a try.
