Mend Beko WMA 10W Washing Machine Blockage

Why will our Beko Eco Care WMA 10W will not spin or drain?

Machine will wash, but control dial seems to click round quicker than it should. Cycle will "complete", but will not spin and drain, and door lock will take ages to release.

Have checked drain hoses and pump for blockages but all seem fine.

this is working correctly then.lol
when you select a program the electronics counts the click it takes to get to pos 5 wash and then knows what temperature to wash at.there is only 1 wash position as you have found out.no fault found,user not understood operation of this appliance.lol.lol.lol

Thanks but have already checked impellor and this is ok. If I put it on at cycle 2 (hot wash for cottons), the program dial clicks round to cycle 5 within a few minutes. Suggests an electrical problem?

remove the filter.shine a torch in to the filter housing and check if something is jammed in the drain pump impellor.should flick round with a screwdriver freely if OK
