How can i fix my hoover eco wave 5?

Either your pump has siezed or you have a blockage if you can get to your waste pipe the grey one coming from the bottom of the machine get yourself a washing up bowl a bucket is normally too deep lower the waste pipe into the bowl if the pump is siezed then the water should start to flow due to gravity once the bowl is full raise the pipe and the water will stop flowing. If it is blocked however with something like a sock the water will just trickle out, you can either let go that way this will take a long time or you can tilt your machine back putting paper underneath will protect your floor you should be able to open the door like this as it is the water level that is stopping the door from opening MAKE SURE YOU UNPLUG THE MACHINE
