when trying to wind bobbin on a creative touch singer model 1030 the thread?

Good day to you,
When you push the winder button over you should hear it click, it sounds like the winder is not coming all the way up, make sure you do not have a piece of thread stuck under the bobbin winder, it only takes a small piece to stop it working, make sure you have the bobbin case in securely, get back to me below if you have a problem.
