Cobra alarm, model 7777 red light stays on remote fob?

When any button is pressed on fob red light comes on and stays on. I seem to be able to get red light off with some messing about with buttons, then alarm works fine. After 30 mins or so when you press big button to work alarm red light comes back on and stays on. Back to more messing with buttons.......

I've just found the same problem with mine. The light comes on, stays on or flashes. With some touching, it stops, but starts again by just moving the fob. this even sets the alarm as I drive along.
I got a new battery but to no avail.
It looks like the button n the circuit board is stuck down. It does not depress in the same way as the other button.
Looks like I need a new circuit board or complete fob. Now where could I get one of those?
