factory cobra monarch key fob?

Does any one know if I can buy a replacement fob and re programme it myself, to work on my 2003 Mitsubishi L200.
Please help.

I have this same problem with Pajero sport and have been told by cobra dealer that if you have the original fob then yes if not then no.
