How can I see if my e-mails are being blocked?

Every time I send out an e-mail to clients using namesecure.com as the domain server, I receive the following response
500 5.5.2 Illegal input characters: Control chars on SMTP input

Is this me / them or namesecure.com?
Help!

Whilst the problem has probably now been fixed, I would say that under the properties settings for the SMTP part you have an illegal character that is stopping the process from completing. Have a mosey through the SMTP settings and see what has been input on there.
