Simpson Esprit 450 - Filter in agitator stopped filtering?

probably the dogleg gear chewed out.
When you unscrew the the anchor bolt in the middle of the agitator and lift the agitator out of the washing machine you will see the remains of the plastic chewed out by the gear. contact supplier for new agitator.

Interested in an answer to this as well. The machine is not "cleaning" as well as it should be.

mine too :( and trying to find the answer; plus it has started wrapping the clothes around the agitator. hope you find the answer.
