sounds to me like a fuel prob.is there fuel in the tank.does the fuel come out of the pipe if you pull it off the carb?if yes the you will have to take the carb off and check the fuel is getting into the float bowl.before taking anything to bits try blowing into the tank with the tap on and pressuring the tank to force the fuel into the carb.(if you are stuck find someone who can take the carb off and clean out or pay a bike shop)is the petrol old
