piaggio fly 125 o6 ?

hi there wonder if you can help me i bought my bike from a friend, some time back and it was supplied with two keys, ive lost one key which is the black key but ive still got the brown key, which has an immobiliser in it. my question is if i get a black key do i have to get it programed to the bike but it doest have a immobiliser in it i got a normal key cut but it doesnt start the bike,
