Mend Briggs & Stratton Lawn Engine Fuel

Primer Bulb not returning?

I have a walk behind Briggs & Stratton low end mower. When I prime it before starting, the primer bulb is VERY slow to return. I can start the engine and it will run fine for about 5 minutes. Then it slowly dies as if it is running out of fuel. When it finally quits completely, the primer bulb is sucked all the way in.

I've got the same problem.
Somewhere is obviously blocked.
I'd like to know an easy way of clearing it.
