NOW LETS FIND THE PARTS:
Find the Part Diagram of the mower.
From the diagram the HELICAL GEAR wears and the Worm Shaft gear wears stopping the front drive wheels from moving.
Goto the following website (http://www.outdoordistributors.com) and look up the part number AYP-133804 (Helical Gear) and you will see it is discontinued, however Part number AYP-137050 works for this repair (Replaces the following number(s) AYP-532137050 the cost is $6.58). Look up Worm shaft and use part number AYP-137051 this part is $6.79.
Not bad for a total of $18.37 and a little weekend work.
